How does the MP5SD suppressor work?
The MP5SD's barrel-and-suppressor combination cuts the speed of the round to subsonic velocity. The suppressor reduces peak muzzle noise to approximately 70 decibels, roughly the same intensity as a loud human voice.
The action of the gun is held closed by spring pressure and bolt mass alone. This operating principle allows expanding gas from the ignited powder charge to directly force the bolt face to the rear, which cycles the action, ejects a case, and rechambers a new cartridge.
This weapon was reportedly adopted in 1974. Eventually the MP5SD has been adopted by the US Navy Seals and a number of other special forces and law enforcement units from all around the world. This silenced submachine gun is actively used to this day.
MP5SD. In 1974, H&K initiated design work on a sound-suppressed variant of the MP5, designated the MP5SD (SD—Schalldämpfer, German for "sound suppressor"), which features an integral but detachable aluminium sound suppressor and a lightweight bolt.
The MP5SD's barrel-and-suppressor combination cuts the speed of the round to subsonic velocity. The suppressor reduces peak muzzle noise to approximately 70 decibels, roughly the same intensity as a loud human voice.
The integrated silencer element suppresses the muzzle flash extremely effectively, as a result of which the weapon is also excellent for night operations using low-light amplifiers. No wonder the MP5SD is one of the most accurate silenced submachine guns of its type.

Machine Pistol (Heckler and Koch of Germany) MP5.
In the United States in particular, a lack of spare parts and overall support for the MP5, coupled with a rise in the popularity of the M4 platform, led to a decline in MP5 use by military units and law enforcement agencies.
Who uses the MP5SD?
Rainbow uses the 9mm MP5SD5 whenever both accuracy and stealth are essential. In-game Description.
MP5 | The most popular submachine gun
Tremendously reliable, with maximum safety for the user, easy to handle, modular, extremely accurate and extraordinarily easy to control when firing – HK features that are particularly appreciated by security forces and military users worldwide.

The SP5 was developed by Heckler & Koch as a semiautomatic, civilian sporting pistol that matches the look and feel of the legendary MP5 submachine gun.
Canine units may also be incorporated within SWAT teams, or may be used on an ad hoc basis. The 9 mm Heckler & Koch MP5 submachine gun used to be the mainstay of most SWAT teams, but this has been phased out by many departments in favor of 5.56 carbines, such as the Colt CAR-15 and the more modern M4.
The MP5 is a machine pistol, meaning that it generally fires a handgun round, is lightweight, handheld, and offers the capacity for shooting either in semi-automatic or fully-automatic mode.
A real full-auto MP5 currently sells for about $30,000 (yes, thirty thousand). A semi-auto version called SP5K is available for about $2,500, legally classified as a pistol and sold same as a regular pistol, with just a regular background check and no registration.
The Heckler & Koch MP5 (Maschinenpistole 5, lit. "submachine gun 5") is a highly-successful German submachine gun designed by Tilo Möller, Manfred Guhring, Georg Seidl, Helmut Baureuter, Rudolf Brandl, Herbert Doll, Paul Thevis, Helmut Danner and Erich Weisser in 1964 and manufactured by Heckler & Koch since 1966.
Overall, the AK-47 is the best of the three, followed by the M416. The MP5 is the worst. This conclusion is interesting, as current wisdom holds the M416 to be the best AR.

Should you choose the MP5 or MP7? While choosing one of the two SMGs will heavily depend on personal preference, the MP5 could be considered the better all-around weapon. By picking up an MP7, you'll practically limit yourself to short-range fights in cases where you don't have a secondary weapon.
What round does an MP5 shoot?
MP5. The main version of the MP5, the MP5A2, uses 9mm pistol ammunition and shoots 800 rounds per minute, which is about thirteen rounds per second. The normal magazine size (how many bullets it holds at once) is 30 or 15 rounds.
Is it illegal to build fully automatic weapons (grease gun, MP40, AR15, etc.)? In the U.S. civilians may not legally possess any machine gun* not registered with the federal government (and the tax paid). The registry was closed on My 19th, 1986 so that no new machine guns may be registered (nor tax paid).
If you're able to buy it any ways other than as a Class III (like as a Dealer Sample, for example), you can get one for about 3,500 bucks.
Some shotguns and rifles have slide safeties that let users know whether the safeties are on or off in a different way. With this type of safety, you might see an “F” as an indication the gun can be fired or an “S” to show the safety is engaged.
Police Weapons
